There is no management in this game, you can't find the management if there is a problem, I haven't been able to play the game for 8 hours today.  I don't know if I can still play

Update: tried with customer service in-game and it says it cant be done, the robot doesn’t understand the inquiry.

With the new season open it took away all my purchases and items that had transferred over previously. Why has that happened and I tried to contact customer service but have heard nothing back.

Bugged game. Could not proceed in tutorial stage when instructed to click and level up city hall. Not possible to connect to customer service too.

The game allows me to open the app, but when it ask be to pick a place where I want start it saids that city is full. So I can’t start playing the game. Also when I try to get on other servers it asks for a friends code.
