I’ve uninstalled and re-installed… nothing. Please fix the app ### 3/5 — Not functioning *2025-10-26* Tried to check the app after today’s Mexico City Grand Prix and it just crashes repeatedly. ### 2/5 — Begun Crashing on Opening *2025-10-26* Would happily give 5+ stars for the content if I could, however over recent days, I can’t even open the app - it crashes as soon as it’s been selected. As Edd says in his driver ratings, he considers the whole weekend, not just the race. Well, just as a great qualifying can’t compensate for a disastrous race, great content can’t compensate for a glitchy app that won’t let you access it. So I’m afraid it’s a 2 from me at present! ### 1/5 — Not working *2025-10-22* The app will open for one second then cuts off back to Home Screen. It’s been like this for a week, I’ve checked that everything is up to date and problem still persists. Can no longer sign in and contacting support is pointless as you get no response. Deleted. ### 1/5 — Subscriber experience *2025-02-07* The app offers an ad supported experience which does not require a subscription as well as an ad-free experience for subscribers known as the members club. Despite being a paid member, I am not able to use the ad-free option because the log in leads back to the original screen where you have to select ad supported vs ad free options. This has been a problem for several months now and has not been rectified. In my last email with user support, I was directed to log into the website instead of using the app to read articles. ### 2/5 — Website far better *2024-09-12* Five stars for the content and the journalism. The only place a motorsport fan should visit for news stories and analysis. But the App is glitchy. Logging in with a paid account makes no difference - you still get ads etc (that’s even if you can log in). Podcasts are available to stream only and not download so useless when on the move and in areas of poor network coverage/no WiFi. You have to join a separate account for that. But an RSS feed is available to add to Apple Podcasts which makes a huge difference. ### 1/5 — More crashes than in the race *2024-06-22, version 5.2* ‘The race’ reporters are great. This app is the worst. It’s always crashing. It will frequently spontaneously close while reading a article. Every time they update the app, you hope they’ve fixed it, but no. It’s been bad for so so long. They really need a totally new app for iPhone as this one is the pits. ### 1/5 — Barely usable at present *2024-06-06, version 5.2* I hope this is seen. I’m not happy. I’m a members club subscriber, I’m logged into the app, yet I can’t access the content as I’m fighting off the ad pop-ups and the video ads that play at full volume even though the icon suggest they’re muted. However, without having changed any settings on the app or on my phone this has now stopped. I hope to see this fixed as it was a very handy feature.
