The food combining chart is an excellent guide when I'm not having one of his recipes and sharing them. Most the recipes are locked. You get one or two recipes in each category for free. Not worth the download. Just get a ton of free recipes online. **Developer response:** I’m sorry to hear you feel this way, there are 100+ free recipes when you click “free recipes” and beyond that another 100+ free recipe videos in the video section. For the paid books, they are 33% off the regular ebook price if you want to unlock more recipes. ### 1/5 — Awful SCAM *2018-01-13* So sorry that I purchased this app. I had no idea it was a scam. I will call my bank and dispute the charges. There are a few free recipes but not many. I'm really not sure what the purpose of this app is except to sell books as there is not much useful information. **Developer response:** I’m sorry you feel so and I will admit the earlier build was a bit harder to find all 50 of the free recipes. Due to this and in part from your feedback we have added many more free recipes, over 100 with the videos with some from each book, and made them way easier to find right off the bat. The ingredient list doesn't include beans at all and you have to buy the cauliflower recipes. I went to get the app. Wow, it's free and the information previews look great. Once I opened it, wham! Buy these books! In stead of, wow, here is that awesome soup I wanted. It created an amazing distrust almost immediately. I decided to give it another chance, before erasing the app. With a little patience you can find what you are looking for, but it should be on the main page. The add ons, or up selling should come later. I wouldn't have been so shocked. Or just charge for the app in the first place. ### 4/5 — RAWSOME! *2013-08-23, version 1.0.1* I absolutely love this app. The recipes are awesome. It makes a shipping list for you when you click on the button located on the recipe. There are a coupe of things that would be a great addition to the app. 1) A favorite button or list. This way you can favorite or bookmark a recipe to major it easy to find next time. 2) A want to try list. This list would be for recipes that looks great, but your not making it right away. Then when you want to make it, the recipe would be easy to find. ### 5/5 — THE REAL DEAL *2025-12-19* I’ve worked with Chris one-on-one for a year now, and I can say without hesitation that he’s the real deal in the raw food coaching space. He has a deep respect for natural hygiene and a solid grounding in long-standing nutritional science, which means he can slice through the murky waters of pseudoscience while keeping the focus on what actually supports health and healing. Naturally empathic and funny, he delivers advice that meets you where you are—and helps you grow from there. It really is free. There is an option to purchase his ebooks, which he has sales on every now and then(!) but you do not need to buy anything to access a ton of great free recipes.
