I started metabolic work with Fred four weeks ago, and now we’re moving into the next phase focused on my fitness goals. I’m really happy with my results so far and excited to continue building the body I want.

I especially love the monthly group coaching calls and truly appreciate how supportive and available Fred always is. Looking forward to what’s next!

I have been working with Fred for years and what I can say is that he’s consistent, he goes all out for his clients and he’s always available to answer thoughts and concerns . I 1000% would recommend coach Fred for anyone who wants to get in shape.
