## What is The Recovery Room?

The Recovery Room is designed for non-professional athletes to track and monitor their recovery activities. Recover your way to perform to your best. The app allows athletes from any sport to input how hard they feel they worked out, then select recovery activities they have access to from a list, or input their own, in order to hit recovery targets in an effort to recover fully. 

The Recovery Room allows you to connect with friends, colleagues and teammates in ‘Recovery Leagues’. Help each other stay committed and challenge each other to work hard and recover well to perform at your peak.

Track your daily, weekly, monthly or yearly work out and recovery activities to recover your way and perform your best.
