## What is The Reel Deal?

The Reel Deal is the fastest way for restaurants and commercial kitchens to get equipment repaired.

When a walk-in cooler warms up, an ice machine quits, or a fryer won't light, every minute costs you. Our app lets you request service in under a minute, show us exactly what's wrong, and follow the job until it's fixed.

REQUEST SERVICE IN SECONDS
- Choose the equipment type: HVAC, refrigeration, or cooking equipment
- Describe the problem and add the brand, model, or location of the unit
- Mark it Emergency, Urgent, or Routine
- Pick the times that work best for a visit
