I try to log in the app and says error. I log into my account via website and it works just fine. Been like this for months. This app is supposed to be for easy access for players…clearly it is not.

Says username doesn’t exist but I confirmed details with rewards desk. Then locked out all day. Rewards desk is no help. No one answers the number provided or responds to email.

The two other reviewers so far say they can’t download the app.  

The app loaded properly here but I can’t figure out how this app could be useful to anyone. 

It just awkwardly links to the web version of the JW Rampart Casino in Summerlin hotel’s general info that can be found online, only in a less reader-, navigation-, and review-friendly format than an iPhone 3. 

We thought the app would be helpful for tracking points, rewards, and to learn how to progress in the Rampart Rewards.  It’s not that.  

It’s not much of anything, really.  I’m not even sure why this app exists.

When I tried to register last week, the app kept telling me my username or password were wrong. I then got a message my account was locked. I left a message concerning this at the players club desk and never heard back. Today I tried signing in and it worked! Perhaps they fixed the bug.

I really like this app! It’s super easy to log into my account. I think the new colors look great and make the app look better. It’s really simple to find everything, and I don’t get lost. I can get to my rewards and the promotions really fast, which is great! I use this app a lot, and it helps me keep track of stuff. I think it’s really helpful and I like using it!
