This app is a wonderful tool to centre our busy minds in a complex digital age. It reminds us to just simply focus e.g on the breath, to stabilise our minds. It also teaches or reminds us to cultivate virtues such as generosity and patience. It even teaches us to incorporate change and impermanence peacefully into our lives. An added bonus is the very pretty graphics. I recommend this app for all family members-young and old.
