Didn’t realize how innovative this is and how helpful it is especially for the people on teams who aren’t very vocal! Definitely feel more connected with the app

I really enjoy many features of this app. The capacity cup helps me to visually see and understand where I am for the day, which helps guide my decision making based on how much energy I actually have to expend.

I love the garden feature for this app, and the numerous resources that are present to help me regulate my sense of being throughout the day.
