I’ve watched all the online videos, read the Manuel 4+ times. And still the app and device have only worked twice for me and after hours of reconnecting over and over again. Absolutely not reliable. I would consider keeping this if they upgraded the app. The app crashes every time I go to connect, I have restarted and done everything imaginable. It’s by chance if it even works. I have to reconfigure the device to the WiFi every time, which you have to be present to do, defeating the purpose of having the device you can “access from anywhere in the world”. I’ve tried to contact customer support. Could not find a number listed anywhere. Had to email. Have not heard back yet. Barely works. ### 2/5 — Glitches *2018-10-08* Unit works okay. It was always a problem to connect. Takes several tries. When it does connect it worked very well for a while but then some thing happened. Now it will connect and function but can’t get video to stream reliably. It’s very intermittent. However when I snap a picture or take video, it will indeed film/record but still with no streaming video. I don’t know what the problem could be.
