It was always a problem to connect. Takes several tries. When it does connect it worked very well for a while but then some thing happened. Now it will connect and function but can’t get video to stream reliably. It’s very intermittent. However when I snap a picture or take video, it will indeed film/record but still with no streaming video. I don’t know what the problem could be. Recently replaced the battery. ### 1/5 — Horrible *2017-06-30* This app is awful. When it does work, there is so much lag you have to move the robot a little bit at a time. When it doesn't work ( which is 95% of the time ) it crashes the instant you try to do absolutely anything after you connect to your robot. Please fix this. I’ve watched all the online videos, read the Manuel 4+ times. And still the app and device have only worked twice for me and after hours of reconnecting over and over again. Absolutely not reliable. I would consider keeping this if they upgraded the app. The app crashes every time I go to connect, I have restarted and done everything imaginable. It’s by chance if it even works. I have to reconfigure the device to the WiFi every time, which you have to be present to do, defeating the purpose of having the device you can “access from anywhere in the world”. I’ve tried to contact customer support. Could not find a number listed anywhere. Had to email. Have not heard back yet. Call it a pet monitor or kids monitor. I use the App with a IPhone 7. It has worked great for me especially well when WiFi is best. Just tried it when i was out of country and it was great to drive around my home and check things out including the cat. I am unsure why this other reviewer is so negative. Would give it 5 stars but there is always need for improvement. ### 4/5 — Fixed Connection Issues *2017-01-07, version 1.33* Congrats on fixing an issue you created. The robot now connects via external network connections. The silly cow app icon and main screen is back to normal (what the heck was that about?) No sign of Chinese text. Please on future updates test the update on your product. Testing includes not only from your office desk but as the product was advertised to work via external networks. Two days was not terrible to get a fix so thanks for resurrecting my robo-paralyzed-buddy and getting it back on the move. ### 4/5 — Works again! *2017-01-06, version 1.32* Looks like they got everything working again. 4 stars as the app is a dated looking and lags a bit.
