### 2/5 — Thing

*2026-06-03, version 4.24.0*

Grannies

### 3/5 — Please fix gamified notification sounds.

*2026-05-28*

Every time a training module is completed, I get sounds that are significantly louder than the videos I was watching, to the level extreme discomfort. Please add some automatic normalization for audio from each video or add an option to disable those sounds entirely. Thanks.

**Developer response:** This is great feedback. Thank you for sharing. We will work on this.

Anything else we can do better? I am one of the cofounders writing here to you. Can you email me at matthias@rocked.us? We want to hear the good, bad and the ugly!

### 2/5 — Who needs a job?

*2026-05-20*

All the information in this app is summed up to being a lazy teacher. Concepts and teachings that do not feel connected to the user at all. What happened to the old days of actual hands on in person conversations and teaching? Not as bad as A.I. slop. But what has this world come to that we need an app to teach basic dealership functions. What a waste.

**Developer response:** Thank you for sharing your perspective. We understand the value of in-person, hands-on training - it's irreplaceable. RockED is designed to complement, not replace, traditional training by providing flexible, on-the-go reinforcement and refreshers. We appreciate your feedback and recognize that different learning approaches work for different people.

### 1/5 — ?????

*2025-10-20, version 4.14.0*

Aggravating to say the least

### 1/5 — corporate bloat wear

*2025-10-07, version 4.13.0*

use this to take up space on your personal device to do mandatory training instead of the perfectly functional website your company used to use

### 5/5 — AI base

*2025-09-09, version 4.12.0*

This is perfect

### 5/5 — Awesome

*2025-08-23, version 4.11.1*

This app is awesome

### 5/5 — Great Training Tool

*2025-08-18*

I’m very glad my company is seeking to make training more engaging and attempting to gamify it a bit. A couple of improvements/fixes I would humbly suggest are: 1) iPad screen compatibility (right now it looks pitiful in the middle of the screen like the iPad forgot it has a bigger screen than the iPhone). 2) Not automatically exiting full screen between videos in a journey. 3) Option to increase play speed on all videos. Some trainers just speak too slowly for what I am used to. I get so easily distracted, but also frustrated when people speak slowly and I finish all of their sentences in my head and grow impatient with the training, which is not conducive to information retention.

**Developer response:** Thank you for your review. This is great feedback. Can you email us at support@rocked.us

We would love to chat a few minutes on how we can improve the RockED app!

Have a great day!

### 5/5 — Great App

*2025-08-15, version 4.10.1*

Easy to use and very helpful app

### 1/5 — Corporate Slop

*2025-08-06*

“The Industrial Revolution and its consequences have been a disaster for the human race. They have greatly increased the life-expectancy of those of us who live in “advanced” countries, but they have destabilized society, have made life unfulfilling, have subjected human beings to indignities, have led to widespread psychological suffering (in the Third World to physical suffering as well) and have inflicted severe damage on the natural world. The continued development of technology will worsen the situation. It will certainly subject human beings to greater indignities and inflict greater damage on the natural world, it will probably lead to greater social disruption and psychological suffering, and it may lead to increased physical suffering even in “advanced” countries.”

**Developer response:** Well, that's quite the philosophical take on our training app! While we can't solve the Industrial Revolution's impact on humanity, we can help you learn some great sales techniques. If you'd like to discuss RockED specifically, reach out at support@rocked.us!

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Parts

*2026-08-02, version 4.28.3*

Don’t care to take tests that have nothing to do with my job

### 1/5 — AI flooded.

*2026-07-24, version 4.27.1*

Training is great but everything being AI is incredibly annoying

### 1/5 — Advisor

*2026-05-20, version 4.24.0*

I should not have to download a work related application on my personal device. I’m happy to learn and grow, but not on my personal device. There are other ways this learning material can be accessed.

### 1/5 — Terrible servers

*2026-05-18*

The AI server is a complete joke. On full band WiFi or carrier connection the AI errors out and constantly asks you to repeat yourself. It will then kick you out of the application completely at the very end before actually completing it, if you happen to “make the appointment” and don’t end the call before the app crashes.

I happen to be required to do this training as a part of my employment and it’s infuriating that it doesn’t consistently work. It’s infuriating that my already little bit of free time is consumed by having to repeat, restart, do over every. Single. AI portion of this application. I just spent over an hour trying to complete one phone call scenario and still haven’t passed because it’s errors out. This is a joke of an application.

Do not make your employees do this. It’s already a stressful environment in full commission sales, do not make virtual AI infuriation apart of their lives and expect them to willing do it to maintain employment.

Your servers are absolute TRASH.

**Developer response:** We sincerely apologize for the frustrating AI roleplay experience you've had. You absolutely shouldn't have to spend over an hour on one scenario due to server errors and crashes. We're actively investigating this intermittent issue and working to get to the bottom of it. Please reach out at support@rocked.us immediately so that we can know more about the specifics. But rest assured we are actively trying to debug and fix the intermittent issues that some users are facing.

### 1/5 — Waste of time

*2026-03-29, version 4.20.2*

Instructions by people who have never done this for a living the ai is soul sucking negativity

### 1/5 — Practice what you preach.

*2026-03-11, version 4.20.2*

I do not believe our dealership followed rockED own instructions for ai implementation or the implementation of this tool. Its clunky and forced with no direction or compensation. Equally a failing of this platform.

### 1/5 — HUGE PERSONAL DATA RISK

*2026-03-08*

The RockED app markets itself as a modern solution for automotive sales training, but in practice it feels more like a gamified distraction than a serious learning platform.

The biggest issue with RockED is that it prioritizes flash over function. The interface looks polished, but once you start using it, the actual training content is shallow. Instead of delivering deep, practical knowledge about vehicles or real-world sales situations, the app relies heavily on short quizzes and surface-level facts that rarely translate into meaningful skill development on the showroom floor.

Another major problem is time efficiency. For salespeople who work long hours and rely on quick access to useful information, RockED forces users through repetitive modules that often feel padded just to keep engagement metrics high. You spend more time tapping through slides than actually learning something you can use with a customer.

The gamification—points, streaks, and leaderboard-style mechanics—also feels misplaced. Selling cars isn’t a mobile game, and reducing product knowledge to trivia questions risks turning training into a checkbox exercise rather than something that improves real-world performance.

There’s also the issue of practical relevance. Many of the lessons are overly generic and disconnected from what salespeople actually need: objection handling, financing explanations, real product comparisons, and customer psychology. Instead of teaching how to close deals or understand buyer concerns, the app mostly recycles marketing language.

In short, RockED feels like an app built to look modern to managers, not to genuinely help salespeople get better at their jobs. The concept of mobile sales training is solid, but RockED’s execution turns what should be a useful tool into something closer to corporate busywork.

If you’re looking for real automotive sales education, you’ll likely learn far more from real conversations with experienced salespeople and hands-on experience than from tapping through another RockED quiz.

**Developer response:** Hi, I am one of the cofounders and want to thank you for your feedback! Would you be be willing to spend 30 minutes with me to share your experience in more detail with me? I would like to discuss what we can do better. Email me at matthias@rocked.us or message me on LinkedIn.

### 1/5 — I wish company’s actually cared about people. This is embarrassing

*2026-01-23*

I understand that we are moving too a more digital age. But that doesn’t mean become lazy and try to save as much money as possible and cut any fat you can find. Invest in your people and stop pocketing the money you save by firing real help and teachers in favor for low effort videos and paying actors you probably sleep with.

**Developer response:** Thank you for your feedback. We understand your concerns about the shift to digital learning. Our goal is to enhance, not replace, existing training, providing more accessible resources. Please contact your L&D/HR team directly with specific suggestions.

### 1/5 — corporate bloat wear

### 5/5 — The BEST TRAINING EVER

*2026-04-13*

I’ve been in sales management purchasing of automobiles spent 7 1/2 million dollars a day just buying per day. I have owned my own car lots over 20 years. I have been in sales over 34 years. This is the best training by far and I’ve been through hundreds and hundreds of training sessions. There is none better than this one. The AI interaction is awesome. The tracking of the results so you can see where you need help. The training for beginners, intermediate, or a PRO, this is absolutely the best training on the planet. With the videos, the AI the testing everything that’s there. There’s no other training that will teach you what this one will and you will be a professional when you’re done. You also will be able to overcome any objections that you would ever hit. Not only do you learn what to say to overcome the injection you know why you’re saying it. If you want your sales people to keep just letting people walk off a lot use somebody else’s training if you want to sell them this is the one to get.

**Developer response:** Wow! Thank you for this incredible review from someone with 34+ years of experience and hundreds of training sessions under your belt. Your endorsement means everything to us - especially highlighting the AI interactions, progress tracking, and content for all skill levels. We're honored that RockED stands out as the best training you've experienced. Reviews like yours from industry veterans inspire our team to keep delivering excellence!
