Ok I purchased credits now I’m still frozen. At the opening. And can go no further WHat. Is going on????

For a usual process. After user successfully purchased a package, the coins would be automatically placed in the account which means your trading account is available instantly and there is no reason for the app to be stuck along this process including in the beginning.
