I am starting to think Rockwell created this app to lessen the points of the consumers. Idk why. Now I went to Powerplant and had to redownload because I was trying to pay for my parking and it tells me you have to put in details YOU SHOULDNT EVEN HAVE ACCESS TO. WHY DO YOU NEED MY ADDRESS? A COMPLETE VIOLATION OF PRIVACY. But here’s the stupid part. The drop down menu options for the region, province, etc don’t even show up so you can’t even fill in the details. So whoever made this app. Maybe you should just find a different job. This is more of a hassle and inconvenience. I HATE going to Powerplant because of your stupid parking system. Also for those that determine the arrows to direct traffic in the parking spot, STOP PUTTING 2 WAY LANES. TWO CARS DONT FIT ESPECIALLY IF A CAR IS WAITING FOR ANOTHER PARKING SPOT TO FREE UP. It takes a long time to load but still could. My card recently expired and needed to update. Stuck on loading for a solid 17 minutes before I gave up. ### 2/5 — I HOPE POINTS DO NOT EXPIRE *2022-05-30, version 1.45* The app is nice. Sometimes it lags, and does not function properly. I also don’t understand why the code being entered is being “In-process” wherein the transaction is already complete, not sure why there’s a need to validate it after a successful order.
