Every time I try to connect to a device, it doesn’t let me and wait 30 seconds and then tells me no if it’s not gonna connect just say it

Slow as frick

Every time I use this remote it takes forever to connect to my tv, says I’m never on the WiFi. Which is always wrong. They seriously need to do some bug fixes or I’m gonna throw my tv out the window and forget about Roku.
