located in the heart of Shibuya, Tokyo.

Whether you're hosting a private celebration, running a workshop, shooting a
campaign, or holding a corporate meeting, The Room offers a refined and
flexible setting in one of Tokyo's most dynamic neighborhoods.

This app makes booking effortless for both new and returning clients of APC.

Browse our live calendar synced directly with our reservation system. See at
a glance which hours are available, booked, or held. No back-and-forth needed
to check our schedule.

— HOURLY BOOKING —
Pick your date. Tap the hours you need (1 hour minimum, no maximum). The
estimated total updates instantly based on your selection.

— APC PREFERENTIAL RATE —
Existing clients of L'Atelier by APC or RentMeJP enjoy a preferential hourly
rate. Simply tick the "I'm an APC client" box during booking.

— INSTANT REQUEST —
Once you've selected your slot, send your request in one tap. We confirm
availability by email within hours.

— FULL TRILINGUAL —
The Room serves a diverse Tokyo clientele. Switch instantly between English,

THE SPACE
Our 65 m² space accommodates up to 30 guests. It comes equipped with a 5 m
projection screen, professional projector, premium sound system, lighting
controls, and full kitchenette. The room can be configured for theatre,
classroom, banquet, or open layout.

THE LOCATION
Centrally located in Shibuya — 4 minutes walk from Shibuya Station, easily
accessible from any line. Discreet entrance, private elevator access.
