### 1/5 — Maps don’t download

*2025-10-17, version 1.3.5*

Keep getting a pop up saying the app will download maps, but the download never starts rendering the app useless.

### 1/5 — No download

*2025-07-05, version 1.3.5*

App doesn’t download map. Just gets message saying the maps will download but they never get downloaded.

### 1/5 — Doesn’t download the map

*2025-05-26, version 1.3.5*

App doesn’t download the map. I keep getting the same message indicating that it must download data. I click OK and nothing happens. Don’t waste your time downloading it.

### 1/5 — The app just doesn’t work

*2025-04-20, version 1.3.5*

I’ve been trying to get this app to work for a few days but it won’t every time I open it, I get a message about downloading data. However no matter how long I sit on wifi it never seems to download the data as the guide and map remain empty

### 1/5 — Never worked on my iPhone

*2021-02-24, version 1.3.5*

First time went to park and this app did not download any data on mobile data (which I have); so guide was blank and map didn’t show any trails. Second time I downloaded on wifi but still map doesn’t show any markers and the guide is blank (just blank page)!! Useless in my case.

### 1/5 — Absolutely Useless

*2021-01-01, version 1.3.5*

Used the app today and it was hopeless. The trail I took isn’t even on the app’s map. Don't waste your bandwidth on this. Just go to The Rouge’s website. (I had to give 1 star b/c 0 stars isn’t an option.)

### 5/5 — Perfect hiking companion!

*2018-12-13, version 1.3.5*

The Rouge app is such an amazing app for Canada’s first national urban park. It is honestly the perfect hiking companion because it shows me where the trails are and where I am in the Rouge. The info notifications are a cool feature too!

### 5/5 — Incredible!

*2018-11-15, version 1.3.5*

This app makes way-finding in the park so easy! I love the pop up information and memory game feature. This app is all you need for a great visit to the park!

### 5/5 — Great resource

*2018-11-01, version 1.3.1*

What a gem. This app is well put together and loaded with information. I am so glad someone took the time to do this. Well done!

### 1/5 — Useless App

*2017-11-18, version 1.1.1*

This app provides no service, map doesn't work, trails don't show up, going to any screen pops up the tutorial for that page which can't be disabled. Poorly designed functionality, appealing user interface. Still unusable though.
