Big glaring problem - the app doesn’t remember where you stopped watching a match. So, if you watch part and come back to it, it starts the match over from the beginning. Every time I open the app I get an error message, telling me to check my internet connection. I’ll close the app and reopen it, and I get the same message. I’ll turn off my wifi and turn it back on, then open the app, and I get the same message. I’ll turn off my phone completely and turn it back on, then open the app, and I still get the same error message. The few times I’m able to open it without that error message, and I try to watch a live game or replay, then I’ll get another error message saying “can’t play at this time” or to check my internet connection. This app is no good, you’re better off using the website or using FloRugby. ### 1/5 — Love the concept and I am thankful *2024-06-17, version 8.14.0* The execution of the awesome concept is just awful. Every single time I try to watch a game I have to jump through hoops to get it to play. THEN, you made only the MLR games free after the early backlash, which is not nearly enough in my opinion because not all of them were on here. Then, you said all of the premiership rugby games would be broadcasted…which was a LIE. A few Northampton games were not present, not including the final championship. Seriously, you killed rugby in the USA. Forget you guys.. I can’t wait for this app to be gone and MLR games to be broadcasted someplace else. I can’t wait for the premiership games to be broadcasted someplace else too. Picture quality often unwatchable. Frequently have to resign in for app to update. When finally get the app to start, feed often freezes mid game forcing you to restart! Replays take days to load onto the service! How did this organization secure rights to Gallagher premiership? One of the worst decision that the RFU made allowing this company take over US rights. After clicking login in the app Home Screen, instead of showing an entry field for the login and password there is an error. Please fix this. Runtime Error Description: An application error occurred on the server. The current custom error settings for this application prevent the details of the application error from being viewed remotely (for security reasons). It could, however, be viewed by browsers running on the local server machine. Details: To enable the details of this specific error message to be viewable on remote machines, please create a tag within a "web.config" configuration file located in the root directory of the current web application. It says it shows Gallagher Premiership, but not a single current match can be found. All they have are Premiership matches from January 2024 and before. There are no matches from 2025 or the current season!And majority of the matches that are available are from America! Who cares about American rugby? I want to watch either English, Irish or Australian rugby. ### 1/5 — Can’t Cast *2025-08-02, version 8.31.0* I haven’t been able to cast matches to my television for well over 5 months now. Seems like this is a common problem for many people using Chromecast. They also fail at providing basic streaming features like indicators to show you watched something. Either fix the app or give up the GPR rights to a company who can support customers properly. Edit - still not working 8/2/25 ### 1/5 — Only crashes on vital plays *2025-06-21, version 8.31.0* Final kick to win for Chicago Hounds in MLR Playoff at the death. Nobody got to see it after watching the whole game.
