Where is the zero stars button for this app. HORRIBLE…

1) Does not function.
2) Cannot sign in; therefore I cannot signup for classes or events. Certainly defeats the purpose of the app… wouldn’t you say?.
3) Whom ever paid for this app needs to demand their money back.

App is useless. It won’t let me even sign in. I have a membership, I have an online account. App won’t let me log in. I can’t see any membership information. Waste of time. Just use your card…

App says I can't be found in system with my email address. I went to the actual Kroc center twice and the workers appear to have not been trained on the app and were unable to assist

Front desk staff doesn’t know how to work the app. Downloaded app twice …deleted app twice still not connecting to membership. Frustrating. Not worth the effort.

It’s easy to register for classes, but the check-in process was confusing. More explanation is needed.
