An up-to-date table is no longer told an update is waiting, a slow connection is no longer read as up to date, and reinstalling the same version is no longer a failure. A dropped connection during an update now reconnects and resumes from where the table actually got to. It no longer restarts from zero or fails its checksum at the very end.
