The app has had many significant improvements over time and any issues I had were solved in the next update. This is a small team that delivers constant improvements and I am grateful to see them👍 I would add that they are very responsive via email to any queries. Желаю развития проекту ### 1/5 — Does nothing *2024-07-29* You can turn it on and off. But no new patterns are being used. You add to playlist and the playlist is empty. Worthless. ### 1/5 — Frustrating to use, sluggish response. *2024-06-06* I find this app frustrating to use because the control response is so sluggish. I tap a button and there’s little indication that it registered my touch from the app and the Sandsara machine. For example the power icon will turn off and pause my Sandsara, but not turn back on when I tap the power icon again. The Sandsara stops drawing the next pattern. That’s another complaint I have is that both the app and Sandsara refuses to continue drawing patterns. It’ll finish one pattern and then completely turn off. I’ve tried to reduce the pause in-between feature and even tried to deactivate it, but my Sandsara continues to do nothing after finishing a pattern. I have to keep manually getting it to start, which is NOT how the product was advertised. ### 3/5 — Early Days *2024-03-15, version 3.0* It’s a new app and it has a bit of development yet to go. It doesn’t update. I’ve deleted and tried again numerous times. The divorce itself sucks too. Save your money and don’t buy one! ### 1/5 — Large paperweight *2025-11-07* I downloaded the app (since the old one that worked is no longer available). It tells me to update the firmware. I click to update and it tells me to restart the app. I do so and it tells me to update the firmware, and it then tells me to restart the app, ad infinitum. The device used to be cool but now it’s just inoperable. ### 1/5 — Now I have an expensive paper weight *2025-09-13* When are you going to stop selling these to work with apps that don’t work. After months working with support and manually updating the Sandsara it still doesn’t work. Was told to delete the original app that I still had installed which was the only one that actually worked. I love my Sandsara. Got it from the original release. And now it does nothing except tell me to update the firmware and restart the app. Pot some time into updating the app or including something for the microsd that will actually work ### 1/5 — Firmware Update *2025-05-08* Always says I have a firmware update. They obviously has no QA proccess before version gets published . Selling this item for $800 with such an app is rediculous!!
