Everything’s in one place, from the facilities and booking times to local services and all the extras available. Makes planning a stay so much easier. The loyalty system is the best bit for me. The more you go back, the more points you earn towards goodie bags and other treats. It’s lovely to see somewhere putting proper thought into looking after returning guests, rather than all the offers being just for new customers. Makes you feel appreciated and gives you even more to look forward to on your next visit! ### 5/5 — Great addition *2026-09-16* Love having it all in one location and being able to have loyalty for being a returning customer ## Frequently asked questions about The Secret Garden Glamping ### What is The Secret Garden Glamping app?
