I'm interested in the text of the stories, not looking at pictures, and it's too much work to find it so I seldom use the app. ### 2/5 — Old design was better *2019-01-25* Stopped using this app with the new design layout. ### 2/5 — Disappointing revamp *2018-12-07* The new design makes it difficult to visually skim the headlines, due to too-small white font superimposed over busy images. I find myself avoiding the app, which I used to use quite often. Annoying. ### 3/5 — No High School Sports *2017-01-02* This used to be a great app for high school sports. Now, the sports section does not display any high school sports. Even if you don't click on the ads, it takes you to safari to view them anyway. In the iPhone app the the most recent update now has big banner ads not only on the home screen but even within the article. Now the app is opening up a new blank page all by itself. If you close the page it will appear 3-4 more times.
