You are taken through the story of the Bible with beautiful artwork and music and get to play a part in discovering who is the answer to all of the promises of a Savior (the promised Seed) throughout Scripture. It was peaceful and was a great go-to throughout the day when I was on my phone. Felt much more soul filling than social media or other games because I was being pointed to the gospel while using the app! The game is about you as a bird discovering the Bible with an owl. As the serpent is evil and wants Adam and Eve to be dust like him. There is a "Skip" button in the top right of that game if you are not enjoying it. ### 4/5 — Thoughtfully created and thoroughly enjoyable *2025-07-11* Our family doesn’t do a lot of screens generally. However, summer activities changed quite quickly when my two boys (aged 8 and 12) both ended up in casts at the start of our summer vacation! With limited activities, this beautiful game has been a welcome distraction and it has given us some good Bible discussions too. I love the music, graphics and flow of the game. It is also helpful that there are natural stopping points. We have hit a couple minor glitches here and there, such as pages not turning (but these may be user error as we aren’t video game people)! **Developer response:** We're so glad to hear you enjoyed it! Within the last week or so we have added buttons to turn the pages since a number of people were struggling - it would be helpful to know if your struggles were before or after this change. ### 4/5 — Great piece of interactive media overall, could communicate repentance a bit better *2025-05-23* The graphics are beautiful, the soundtrack is beautiful, and I never felt bored or lost on what to do next. There were some mini games which felt surprisingly hard compared to the rest of the game (particularly the flappy bird game and the part with Goliath) but not so difficult as to make me give up. They do a good job communicating the overarching story of the Bible in a very condensed format, using the seed and tree imagery already found in scripture. The stories of Moses and David felt a bit disconnected from the rest, but overall I didn’t have trouble following it (though it might be harder for someone less familiar with the Bible, I don’t know). The main thing I felt could have been done better is that the story seems to focus more on the defeat of the devil (the serpent) than the salvation of sinners. There’s not really any indication that we need to repent, or make any choice or commitment. Oh, and I ran into a few bugs (it wouldn’t progress to act three, and the bread seemed stuck in the last supper scene) but when I closed and reopened the app, that seemed to fix it. Overall a very good game! ### 4/5 — Weird and Wonderful *2025-04-29* Just finished the game. A poetic and pretty journey with a whimsical twist . A gentle pace and thought provoking script suitable for older kids to adults. ### 4/5 — A Little Difficult, But Kinda Fun! *2025-04-26* ⚠️‼️Spoiler Alert to those who haven’t played the game! A Fun little game with childish SFX! (at least for the Philistines making fun of the Israelites kinda annoying when it’s on repeat when you haven’t solved the puzzle fully) The puzzles were a little bit difficult but not too hard to solve. Putting the wrong seed the game freezes, but for some reason I did the same thing again it continued. Some acts were kinda difficult and a little annoying. For example: fighting Goliath with music notes it took me a couple of tries to dodge the threats. And another time was the vine level that I was so close to the end and hit the vine at the last heart and it took me back to the beginning a couple of times [mungo flapping in the vine flappy bird style] And making the star took time but less than the others, but finally beat the game!! Oh, btw birds and owls and the developers put themselves in heaven in this game. ### 5/5 — Immersive and underrated *2026-05-09* I loved every aspect of this and this would be a hit if it weren’t for cancel culture and algorithms. The music is fantastic and very beautiful and epic. Symbolism is well thought out and the bird offers a depth of contrast to the darker moments which pulls on the heartstrings. I cried a couple times. Sure, there are a couple clunky bits but for an indie game this rivals the industry standard. Please please someone make deep story games and RPGs with Christian values like this. I cannot find any clean content nowadays and I got suggested this by an AI after hours of searching for clean games. I feel that the Holy Spirit is moving on independents to rival the industry and I pray blessing over that. I’m trying to delete the app and redownload but I’m afraid I’m going to have to restart again for the 3rd time. Matter fact this is a first. This game was well worth the time to play it and also for me to leave review. It was very well thought out. It was enough for a child to understand and also entertaining and also keeps the attention of adults as well.
