## Most critical reviews (8 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Needs work

*2020-03-27*

Content does not update automatically or upon launch. Must manually update each time. Then, the application crashes and has to be re-launched to view new content.

### 1/5 — Frustrating

*2019-07-19*

Each time I want to see a notification I have to reset the app data in settings. It takes a full five minutes to do this. I hope the creators of this app can figure out what’s wrong and improve the app.

### 1/5 — Not updating!

*2018-12-06*

Our Pastor sends us a daily meditation and recently they haven’t been showing up in the app. I have to reinstall it to receive the updated messages.

### 1/5 — Crashes

*2018-10-30*

Have had to reinstall few times to get it to work properly.

### 1/5 — Needs constant reload

*2018-08-27*

I have to delete the app and reinstall to get latest messages. Latest messages do not come automatically

### 2/5 — Not a good design

*2022-04-04*

This is not a great design unless you won’t your app to be full of words. In this instance, simplicity isn’t good. Can’t use pics that lead to what you want. Most things have to be typed out. It’s not overly user friendly. Unless you want to pay for an app, you will have to change who you do your website through. Which is why I gave them 2 stars. I like some of their websites but awful look for their app.

### 2/5 — My app is “stuck” in August

*2021-11-07*

I have four documents showing in the app—two bulletins and two announcement sheets, and all are dated from August. I’ve tried refreshing, I updated the app, and it’s still stuck. Meanwhile, my husband’s Android phone shows a long list of documents, including the most recent. At least the calendar link brings me to the webpage and the recent calendar, and I can navigate from there to the current documents. However, it’s very inefficient and not what the intended use is or was.

### 2/5 — Crashing

*2018-03-22*

New update is crashing on iPhone 7. As of 3-21-18 update
