We didn’t know it was there. Didn’t see until morning. We live in the country our house is 800 metres from the road. I now have to wait a week for a refund. I am a young person and I’m currently not able to work and I spent all of the money I had on these shoes just to not even receive them and now since the refund will take so long I won’t be able to buy other shoes for myself for school. I started trying to order them 5 days and 7 tries before being able to purchase them. The shoe company website would not allow me to enter my credit card number so I called the number provided in the error message. This, I discovered, was an American number. They gave me a Canadian number. When I called this number I was told to change my device or change my browser or call my credit card company to see what was wrong with my account. I have since discovered the only way to purchase these shoes was to become a member. Everything dealing with this purchase has been extremely frustrating. I doubt I will purchase again. Frustrated/Annoyed ### 1/5 — Poor lack of customer service *2021-07-25* I ordered two pairs of shoes for my son’s wedding. I work seven days a week and the closest shoe store is 30 minutes away from me with limited selection so that is why I chose to shop online. I ordered two pairs of size 7 shoes and received notification that my order was delivered. Imagine my surprise when I receive one pair of shoes that are a size 9 and the inside label says it was intended for a completely different province and person.Rather than rectify the situation and their error the company insisted I return the shoes before they would even ship the correct order. I took the day off of work in order to return the shoes because of my son’s upcoming wedding and now the company claims they can’t see that I returned the shoes.
