### 5/5 — All hail the sink god!

*2021-09-01, version 1.0.8*

Very enjoyable game. Not overly challenging but not too easy either.

### 5/5 — Can complete less than an hour

*2021-08-27, version 1.0.7*

This game is amazing!

### 5/5 — More!

*2021-08-25, version 1.0.7*

Too many puzzle (escape style) games rely on a ‘click everywhere’ approach. Not an ounce of that in this game. If you want to spend your time solving puzzles rather than searching for the pixel that hides the item you need then you’ll enjoy this game. The simple graphics ADD to this game, and bonus for creating an enjoyably disturbing atmosphere. Well done.

Make more! I’ll play more.

### 5/5 — Great Game - Eagerly await a sequel - perhaps

*2021-08-15, version 1.0.7*

Stumbled across this game and it was super fun. Reminiscent of a certain other game series (which shall go unnamed) since this is about the Sink Gods. Also - whether intentional or not - a nice shout out to a Tad Williams book. I truly cannot wait for this developer to create/release more.

**Developer response:** Thanks for the review dee patz, I’m glad you enjoyed the game! Unfortunately, I don’t have any plans for a Sink Gods sequel (at least for now). However, I am working on similar content. You can follow my work at my website littleglyphgames.com, or you can join my Discord!

### 5/5 — If your a rusty lake fan, you’ll love this game!!

*2021-08-14, version 1.0.7*

I read the reviews and decided to give this game a try. Very fun and the puzzles kept me interested the whole time.

Loved the quirky art work. I’m definitely a fan of this developer!!

### 5/5 — lots of fun!

*2021-08-06, version 1.0.7*

a quick and delightfully quirky game :) very much enjoyed playing it!

### 5/5 — Great game

*2021-08-04, version 1.0.7*

Loved the game. The puzzles were good. I got stuck once and asked for help on discord. The developer responded quickly. And then I couldn’t believe I missed it when (s)he gave me a hint.

The game is kinda creepy and kinda funny at the same time. I like the rusty lake games, and this reminded me of those. The artwork and storyline were entertaining, and I think in that sense I might even like this game more than the Rusty lake games, probably because of the humour.

Great job! Keep it up.

### 5/5 — Good

*2021-07-31, version 1.0.7*

It’s a fun, and short game

### 5/5 — Cool 1st game

*2021-07-30, version 1.0.7*

I think these developers are gonna go far, this was a good start for a 1st game. I look forward to more. It has logical puzzles, a weird story, it def reminds me of rusty lake but holds its own.

**Developer response:** Thanks for the review Birdy24eva, I’m glad you enjoyed the game! Rusty Lake was definitely a huge inspiration for me! Don’t worry, I’ve got more games coming! You can follow my work on my website littleglyphgames.com or you can join the Little Glyph Games official Discord (link at my website)!

### 5/5 — Lovely little game

*2021-07-25, version 1.0.5*

As others have noted, this is a short puzzle game in the style of Rusty Lake. Don’t let the sweet artwork and clear puzzle design fool you into playing with a child. Things get unexpectedly dark in the third level! That’s not a criticism, just something to be aware of.

**Developer response:** Thanks for the review Zantosa! I'm glad you enjoyed the game!

### 5/5 — good game

*2021-07-22, version 1.0.3*

good game for idiots like me that strive consuming well made puzzle games with a nice bit of humor

### 5/5 — Well done

*2021-07-20, version 1.0.3*

Excellent game. Kind of creepy, clever enough to be challenging but not unsolvable. Reminded me of the rusty lake games.

### 5/5 — Great game!

*2021-07-13, version 1.0.3*

I loved this game! Please make more!!

### 5/5 — Well done

*2021-07-02, version 1.0.3*

Nice puzzle game, 5 stars all the way around.

### 5/5 — Silly but smart….

*2021-07-01, version 1.0.3*

This game will catch you by surprise. By that I mean, I downloaded this game as a goof thinking it would be real stupid and or corny. NOT the case here at all.

Quirky at times but the eccentric gameplay and puzzles will keep you entertained the whole way through. Puzzles are challenging but not hard and actually leave your feeling smart when you live on to the next chapter.

Great stuff!!

**Developer response:** Thank you for the review pmsquillace! I'm glad you enjoyed the game!

### 5/5 — Apple keeps deleting my review

*2021-06-28, version 1.0.3*

Really, really good for a debut game. The world building and humor are huge strong points, and make me very excited to see what comes next from this developer.

Couple quick nitpicks:

- The inventory is barely ever used. It's a tool, don't be afraid to use it to your advantage as much as you can! It gives another aspect for the player to keep an eye on and feel clever for noticing.
-Come on! You make all your own assets, make a completely original game, and then copy the runes from Rusty Lake? That's like doing a marathon and then refusing to walk the dog around the block! Definitely not a huge issue, but one that made me go "really???? Why???"
-When the player zooms in on the box, bring the side arrows in, so that they notice them as different from the arrows that just turn you around the room.
-Here's the big one, and the area where the biggest room for improvement is. Puzzles. A good example of this is in the last area, with the dude and his spiky head things. I noticed, as I was examining the room, that there were different colors on the spiky things, so I noted that and felt very clever for having done so. Then I zoom into the box, and I see the two colored buttons with the counters above, great, solid. But then there's a friggin SILHOUETTE of the spiky things, just, completely spoon feeding it to me! I know the tendency to try and make things easier, I do the same with my games, but it's not a good habit. Try to tend towards making things too hard, rather than too easy. Too hard is frustrating, but there is an immense sense of reward for solving it (as long as the solution actually makes sense). Too easy has no upside, it just makes the experience more boring and makes the player feel like they're being spoken down to. If you haven't, I'd recommend you play the Spotlight escape games (free on app store too), which are an example of the other extreme. They are a bit too difficult at points, but playing it, you realize how far it actually takes to get to that point of too difficult, and how rewarding the right amount of difficulty is. Also, the best puzzle in your game was definitely the sword in the wall 3 divots one. It's been done a lot, but having the added twist of only seeing one but at a time does make it more engaging.

Btw, feel free to shoot me a message (since the app store seems to be filtering out emails) I'm Maia Rustad on Facebook, if you want a beta tester for any future games, I enjoy this reviewing kind of thing quite a bit. :3
Best o luck!

### 1/5 — Yuck o

*2021-09-06, version 1.0.8*

Horrible game - with an even worse length. It’s like done in 15 mins or less

### 4/5 — Silly but good

*2022-05-06, version 2.1.3*

Oh thank goodness an escape room style game that didn’t try to be too edgy. This premise is so ridiculous and gleefully silly. A nice way to burn through 20 minutes or so.

### 4/5 — Fantastic!

*2022-04-24, version 2.1.3*

Loved playing this game. It feels very unique to what is currently out there. I just wish there was a walkthrough as I could not complete the final level. However, all and all, great job and I look forward to more from this developer!

### 4/5 — Pretty good!

*2021-09-10, version 1.1.0*

Not a bad little game! I had no idea what was even going on until the very end, but the wait was totally worth it, lol. Simplistic art style, good puzzles and great music. Best free adventure game I’ve played in a while.

### 4/5 — GARBULATOR!!!

*2021-06-26, version 1.0.3*

Play it

### 4/5 — Great point & click

*2021-06-14, version 1.0.3*

Taken right off the Rusty Lake playbook.

### 5/5 — Really fun

*2022-11-12, version 2.1.6*

Really fun and quick are is nice and the story was really creative a game you can play when you have an hour to kill

### 5/5 — Delightful!

*2022-10-22, version 2.1.6*

Unique and crafty homage to Rusty Lake series

### 5/5 — Simple but … not! Loved this game!

*2022-07-18, version 2.1.3*

I hate the ending but only because I wanted to play more. Feels like Rusty Lake but I prefer not dealing with jump scares so thank you for not including that! Going to see if there are more , I hope so! (Did need a little hint but only because of my eyesight. The game isnt absurd you CAN complete it without a hint. My phone is small so the pipe shape was an issue lol.) great game!!!

### 5/5 — Yay!

*2021-12-28, version 2.0.2*

So happy to find this little game. It's wacky, clever and challenging. Think irreverent Rusty Lake. Beautifully simple and unpretentious design -- nice. This is a very short game -- perhaps meant to be a little taste of what's in store from this crew. I hope. Definitely treat yourselves to this hour of fun. (Hey developers! Make the game twice as long and charge us -- it's worth it)

## Most praised reviews (6 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Pretty fun

*2021-11-14, version 2.0.1*

Short little game but very fun and interesting.

### 5/5 — Fun

*2021-11-13, version 2.0.1*

Relatively quick game, but good puzzles and great for a rainy day. Good sense of humor, reminds me of the Rusty Lake series.

### 5/5 — Fun little game

*2021-10-18, version 1.1.1*

Short, but very enjoyable. Creative puzzles that won’t drive you insane trying to solve. But it’s really the weird story I liked most about it. Can’t wait to see more!

### 5/5 — Cute game with straightforward puzzles

*2021-10-05, version 1.1.1*

This game is cute and short enough to be completed in a single sitting with straightforward puzzles. I found it similar to the Rusty Lake games and appreciate the simple art style.

### 5/5 — I love it

*2021-10-03, version 1.1.1*

I love point and click adventure games & this is right up my alley . Unfortunately I’m stuck at the caged animal stage & stuckkkk ! Can’t find any walkthroughs. I suggest always having walkthroughs online because some of us aren’t that puzzle but wanna finish the game ❤️ but I love the graphics & style .

**Developer response:** Hey stormimaya, thanks for the review! A walkthrough is on the way, I plan on releasing it once I finish the new level. In the meantime, if you are stuck you can join my Discord for help (link can be found in game) or you can email me at contact@littleglyphgames.com.

### 5/5 — A must play for puzzle lovers

*2021-10-02, version 1.1.1*

This is a very fun short puzzle game where each puzzle is beautifully crafted.

Also, this is an actual game you can enjoy with a good soundtrack. There are no advertisement bombarding you every second, which is a huge plus!

This game also has an active Discord community in case you’re stuck on any puzzles or need support.
