## What is The Six?

The Six turns each day into six simple moments of reflection.
Instead of one overwhelming journal entry at the end of the day, The Six breaks your day into six check-in slots — so reflection becomes a habit, not a chore.

FEATURES

Six Daily Check-Ins — Log a quick reflection at each of your six daily time slots. Miss one? No problem — The Six tracks your streaks and lets you pick up right where you left off.
Structured Journaling — Capture what went well, what didn't, what's still on your plate, and what you're working toward. Your journal content stays private and never leaves your device.
Meditation Timer — A calm, dark-themed timer with start and end bells, interval chimes, and ready-made presets to support your practice.
Community Wall — Share your check-in streaks and meditation milestones with a supportive community, and celebrate progress together.
Records & History — Filter, search, and review past entries at a glance. Export your full history to PDF anytime.
Goals That Grow With You — Set goals, track how often you use them, and let The Six quietly archive the ones you've outgrown.
Made to Fit You — Choose from multiple color themes and dark mode, in 7 languages: English, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, Malay, Indonesian, Vietnamese, and Spanish.
Your Data, Your Choice — Back up seamlessly to your own Google Drive. Your journal content is never synced to our servers — privacy by design.

Start with a free trial, then continue with The Six Pro for unlimited history, PDF export, unlimited custom fields, and more.
