## What is The Slipout?

This app is intended to help you gain practical knowledge and experience in various areas surrounding self-reflection, domestic violence, toxic relationships, and self-care. The design assumes that you will learn best by becoming actively involved in the learning and growth process and by experiencing firsthand the concepts and techniques. Much of the material included here consists of things you can think about, experiment with, and practice on your own.
