### 5/5 — Helpful!

*2025-03-09, version 3.11.34*

Even as a free member, this app is so nice to navigate. Great regulation tools

### 5/5 — Great community

*2025-03-07, version 3.11.34*

10/10 amazing people amazing environment. A lot of my life I felt alone as someone who had autism and adhd and I felt excluded and weird and like people just put up with me because they felt they had to, I don’t feel that way with people on soft. They know what it’s like to feels that way, I can talk about my special interests and have people listen actively and support me and tell me about their special interests back and I love that.

### 5/5 — Authentic Community

*2025-02-27, version 3.11.34*

I adore this app so much. It’s like a curated Reddit for neurodivergent community but at the same time so much more. There’s thoughtfully crafted resources, a zoom room for body doubling and everyone is warm and welcoming.

If you’re neurodivergent and feel like you haven’t quite found your people yet please check it out

### 5/5 — love soft

*2025-02-23, version 3.11.34*

what an amazing set of resources that I wish I had had earlier. So grateful to this space for the meditations and especially the daily place it reminds me to check in on myself and how I am caring for myself and all my complexity.

### 5/5 — Chefs kiss! 💋

*2025-02-18, version 3.11.33*

I am filled with joy to discover the soft space exists…what a relief! 🥲 💝

### 5/5 — Finally a space for Autistics

*2025-02-13, version 3.11.33*

I’ve never found a space that felt so safe as a truly intersectional space that centers autistic thinking. It is amazing

### 5/5 — Just starting out

*2025-02-12, version 3.11.33*

I’ve just begun digging into this app (thanks PDA) despite having a subscription for some time. I love the messaging and the vision for community. Looking forward to taking the leap to meet myself and others like me.

### 5/5 — Do It!

*2025-02-07, version 3.11.32*

AuDHDer- I feel at home, very genuine & practical

### 5/5 — Much needed space

*2025-02-04, version 3.11.32*

Not many out there like this and every one of these individuals guiding this are super knowledgable and genuine. Even online, talking is hard. This is the closest yet that I can see myself getting into, and at an important time.

Been watching Brittneys content for awhile and excited to get further into the app.

### 5/5 — The new MySpace!

*2025-01-27, version 3.11.32*

I learned of this app through an IG post. I downloaded the no cost version initially. After I explored the app, I upgraded to the monthly subscription.

The app is well thought out and full of nooks and crannies for ND’s to explore, be seen, be heard and have space held for them. I’ve found my people online and it feels like a thick, warm blanket on a cold winter day.

### 5/5 — Highly recommend

*2025-01-23, version 3.11.32*

You can definitely tell that this app was made for us by us

### 5/5 — Unprompted review

*2025-01-05, version 3.11.25*

I have only used this app for a few days but I honestly love how accessible and truly built for ND folks it is. Thank you so much for this resource! 100% WORTH IT

### 5/5 — So grateful for this app

*2024-12-24, version 3.11.24*

SO GOOD if you’re autistic is this sooo incredibly helpful and healing

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Wonderful idea but could be more inclusive.

*2025-05-18, version 3.11.34*

I enjoy the concept of the app but I don’t feel there’s a lot of non-ableist support for autistics who are also comorbid with other mental illnesses, such as personality disorders. I do feel the creator has some ableist views surrounding people with NPD and airs on the side of stigmatizing this disorder. Unfortunately that leaves a lot of mentally ill neurodivergent people like myself feeling like I am not welcome in this space. I would like to discuss the intersections of autism and personality disorders in a more open way, but that isn’t possible when these disorders are openly demonized.

### 1/5 — Waste of time

*2025-04-11, version 3.11.34*

The app is basically useless unless you a monthly subscription

### 1/5 — Why even offer a free version? It’s misleading

*2025-04-05, version 3.11.34*

There are zero things you can do if you don’t pay for premium. You have access to one meditation and that’s it. You can’t even chat with anyone which is the whole point of this app?? Like I understand putting things that you have to create yourself behind a paywall but every single chat room on a community based app? It’s giving “I don’t actually care about ND people I just want their money.”

### 1/5 — Accessibility issue makes it nearly unusable

*2025-01-17, version 3.11.31*

I was really enjoying this app until they switched the colors and background of it. When I first joined, it had a white background with black text, now it has dark gray background with light gray text with contrast that’s not great enough to be able to easily read anything. There is no option to toggle between light and dark mode, which essentially makes this app unusable for me now. I can barely read what’s there, so it hardly seems worth the time, which is unfortunate, because I was really looking for ND community and was enjoying reading the chat rooms before the switch.

### 2/5 — NDx2

*2025-07-04, version 3.11.35*

I was excited to see how this app could connect me to others that might understand me and help me learn and connect. There is very little you can access on this app without a monthly subscription, and $10 is not affordable to me at all. I will keep looking for a chat app or space to connect with others.

### 2/5 — Feels pretty inaccessible

*2025-04-04, version 3.11.34*

It’s a nice idea hopefully once they make the money they need they can turn it into an actual neurodivergent social app and not just a rich people private party.

### 2/5 — Not quite what I’m looking for

*2024-12-16, version 3.11.24*

I mainly was looking for a community to be able to vent and learn more about myself and others. While I enjoy the chat rooms, I don’t think there is enough people on the app yet or at least engaging in the chats. I also don’t receive notifications even though I have them turned on. I have to open the app to see if anyone responded to my messages and I often forget. It didn’t seem worth the monthly subscription at this time, but I’d be open to trying it again in the future once it’s more developed and has more members.

### 5/5 — I adore that this space exists

*2025-07-03, version 3.11.35*

I adore the creator of it and I feel a profound sense of peace and acceptance in connecting with other nd people here. I’m late dx so I’ve been an alien in my own skin for soooo long. I’m still an alien, but now I’m happy about it, not scared, ashamed or lonely. Thank you Brittney for bringing your light to the world and shining it bright enough for me to be called to the family gathering x

### 5/5 — Awesome

*2025-06-05, version 3.11.34*

I love that there is an entire app dedicated to individual like myself; it is very freeing and comforting to have a place of belonging.

### 5/5 — My neurodivergent heart is HOME

*2025-05-10, version 3.11.34*

I cannot recommend this enough. I’m a lover of The Soft app and I recommend it to my clients as a coach for women with adhd and autism. No one should navigate support alone but that’s where most of us start. Feeling ALONE. I have goods, your community is right HERE 📍

### 5/5 — So impactful

*2025-03-13, version 3.11.34*

this app is such an impactful and useful tool for people who are divergent and autistic. It is beautifully outlined and arranged, and really has a nice atmosphere. I truly hope that it stays a decent social club because it provides a lot of value!
