I have the appliance and tried many things trouble shooting... Does not let me select the device in Bluetooth list. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2017-10-25* Just got the appliance that goes with this app. I was so excited to give it a try. Get the app installed and it won’t let me select the appliance. Uninstalled and reinstalled. Unplugged and then plugged the appliance back in. The app finds the appliance but won’t let me pick it to connect to. This company stands behind its products. The app does what it needs to. It lets you monitor where the cycle is at during processing. I have no issues with it on an iPhone X. If it doesn’t look right just reload the app and the timer is still where it is supposed to be. Barebones but in a good way. The hardware is supposed to be fool proof so the app is similar. Can’t wait to get the pro model to process N.C. CBD hemp even faster!! Bottom line, the device does what it says, and delivers consistent results every time. I’ve done 50+ runs with and without the app. I prefer to watch it closely and not rely on anything but an expert eye. Thank you for creating this product. It saves lives. ### 4/5 — You need to be knowledgeable to use *2020-09-04* Please note: The app is only used to turn the machine on. Other reviewers miss this point. The app works as needed...it takes a couple tries for it to connect to your machine, and once connected, your machine will run in as intended. The pressure will rebuild off and on from that point on and the app is finished with its job. The app does not control time for a reason...the machine will overcook if the app runs four hours, so they’ve limited it to two hours period. That allows you to do small or large batches with less worry. The whole purpose of limiting each run to two hours. It would be nice if the app allowed you to 1.) set a timer that rang at the end of a run 2.) adjust the time for each batch running 3.) stayed connected to the app When they add the above, it will be worth a five star rating! ### 4/5 — Good so far *2020-01-12* We’ll see ### 3/5 — Could be a lot better *2019-10-27* It’s ok. If you use the start process button, it only starts in regular non-turbo mode (a complete waste of time) There is no indication of whether the machine is running in regular or turbo mode (either in the app or on the machine (wasted time because of this lack of feature) Can’t set the process timer clock, can only observe the std 2 hrs count down. ### 2/5 — Needs a few changes... *2016-07-19* Bluetooth is all good and dandy. But when I hit the start button the machine goes haywire and starts and stops whenever it wants to. Please fix. Only resolve I have found is to program the temp and time in your phone then hit the button. It's an awesome machine but you need to fix this app bro.
