I get an email access link sent but it never logs me in. Also, I like the articles but the reader comment section is heavily moderated. If you were to post a comment implying that Kissinger or Soros are British assets in response to an article or other reader’s comment, and post links to sourcing, you would find that the comment wouldn’t last more than few minutes before being removed. Implying that either is CIA, and the comment gets a pass. First, it’s really hard to see recent stories. Why do the webpage and app versions differ so much? Where is all the content shown on the site? Second, if I turn off the screen the article I was reading reloads and goes back to the top and I lose where I was. Today I’m seeing older articles than I was yesterday. Everything I see today is from weeks ago. Have to go through the mobile site to see anything new. On top of that, any time I leave the app to read a text etc. the app reloads the article from the beginning. The “contact us” page just loads a blank screen. It occasionally shows me a recent article, but mostly it just shows me things from months ago. The “World” page hasn’t updated in over a year!! There’s no “search” option so I can’t look for particular articles. I’ve emailed many times and I’ve been assured they’re re-designing it, and I’ve gone through many steps to try and reset it, but to no avail. I mostly have to use the website to read articles, and that requires logging in each time. It’s very frustrating. They make it impossible to easily cancel their subscription and you have to dig through the Internet to try and find someone to help with cancellation. Deliberately obtuse and unhelpful. Pages load very slow, pages no longer resemble the printed magazine. Text size even at largest setting is smaller than before. The look and feel of the new app is a big turnoff. There was nothing at all wromg with the old app, another example of corporate change for change's sake. The Legacy Media (Print , Radio & TV) are little more than the Public Relations Department for the Democrat Party. Their arrogance is such that they feel that only they are knowledgeable. Thus they feel no shame in fabricating the truth even when it isn’t. I thought actual even handed news reporting was lost forever. Therefore I am ashamed that I did not seek out this honest journal long before. However I do miss the access on the UK app to the archives and being able to research topics. Reintroducing this would be good. I also feel both apps need to include access to the coffee house audio and videos.
