There used to be this feature where you could see the social media of the barbers who had ones, and it helped find my old barber. I’m able to book a haircut, no problem. But when I open it and try to use it again… it sends a 2FA code to my phone via email/text. The app does not recognize the very same code it sends. Because of this, I find myself uninstalling and reinstalling the application come time when I choose to get another haircut. A fix for that would be fantastic. Prolly gonna go to CostCutters or Hair Cuttery now. ### 1/5 — This rate is for the app *2026-02-02, version 3.2* I’ve been a customer of The Spot for a while and have been managing most of my appointments through their app. Today, when I tried to schedule an appointment, I noticed there was a new update. Unfortunately, the update is not working well. My preferred location is no longer showing, and the app doesn’t display the staff schedule by location, which is very important because sometimes I choose a different staff member based on availability. The app also deleted my saved card information and didn’t allow me to use the quick payment option. I had to enter all my card details manually, and after completing the information three times, it still didn’t save, so I couldn’t complete the reservation. I ended up having to call the branch to book my appointment. I also heard other customers experiencing the same issue. In my opinion, the new update is not ready yet.
