### 4/5 — Limited gender options

*2023-08-10, version 1.23.1*

The app only allows players to select “female” or “male” from the pull-down menu of “gender” options. Please include “non-binary,” “agender” etc in order to allow all players to identify themselves correctly.

### 5/5 — Many uses and simple to use

*2023-02-16, version 1.18.31*

As a coach this app does it all. It is such a powerful player empowerment tool on the recruiting scene and the admin side makes keeping the team organization a simple matter. I’ve used others but none are even close to this.

### 5/5 — As a parent, this app is a lifesaver!

*2022-09-22, version 1.14.15*

I was stunned to see that there were a couple bad reviews of this app since I’ve only had positive experiences! Guess you can’t please everyone. I have used this app throughout the summer for my child’s 3v3 tournaments and can say that this app is ahead of the game. You are able to see your kid’s schedules with ease and the second the game is over the score is updated. It’s insanely fast. Registration is just as easy. I would highly recommend this app to anyone who is looking for a better solution for team management!

### 5/5 — Great app!

*2022-09-15, version 1.14.15*

I love everything about this app! We have been using for our team for a good while now and love it! Makes all the registration and manager processes so seamless and efficient! Highly recommend this app as they are constantly updating it to create the best environment and user experience! cant say enough good things about it

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Poorly designed & buggy

*2025-04-28, version 1.33.8*

This app has been riddled with bugs and poor UI and UX since we started using it over two years ago. From lack of responsive screens (mobile portrait and landscape), to usability, this app clearly wasn’t designed by a mobile app UX/UI developer. Case in point ironically is the pop up to rate it “Do you love SQWAD?” which wouldn’t disappear when I selected “No”. Clever or just poorly coded without a close window function. Happily our league is moving on from it. Hope the guys at SQWAD do a full rebuild and UX design. Hate to see small companies fail due to poor execution of a decent idea.

### 1/5 — Crashes every time

*2025-04-24, version 1.33.8*

Unable to use since it crashes every time I open it

### 1/5 — Forced to make a review otrherwise I can't see my kid's game times

*2025-04-11, version 1.33.7*

I should not have to be forced to review your app in order to see my child's game times

### 1/5 — Terrible

*2024-07-13, version 1.30.7*

This app I can’t even sign up. Then the other teams members can’t get it to work either. Always freezing up and crashing.

### 1/5 — Horrible app - double check all info

*2023-04-09, version 1.18.43*

The current day’s game disappears from the upcoming game list before the game even starts, and when you’re in a rush, this will drive you insane.

### 1/5 — Worst app I’ve ever used: nonsensical user journey and buggy

*2022-12-01, version 1.16.5*

This is one of the worst apps I’ve ever used. This is the first app review I’ve ever written - the app is so bad that I felt compelled to review.

The user journey makes no sense. I receive an email alerting me to log into the app to accept an invitation to register, but there’s no invitation waiting. There’s no way to confirm whether I’m already registered, and I get “undefined” errors every time I click on my player’s name. There’s also no way to trigger the app to add the registration to my shopping cart to pay so that I’m confirmed (it doesn’t seem to automatically put my registration in my cart?) And there appears to b no way to contact support. How is it possible to be this bad?

### 1/5 — No privacy policy and collects PII

*2022-05-19, version 1.11.35*

The app collects kids’ names, date of birth and pictures. How did this app pass through Apple’s privacy checks? I am deeply disappointed in Apple’s quality checks. The link to privacy policy leads to a generic website.

### 2/5 — Más

*2026-03-22, version 1.33.29*

Devociones no buenas

### 3/5 — None

*2025-04-29, version 1.33.8*

None

### 4/5 — It works

*2025-03-11, version 1.33.4*

It works pretty well. It has its kinks with updates and trying to navigate it. Once you figure it out it serves its purpose. On the update issues, it could be the app or on the administrative side, not sure. People have completed the hours of study for coaching or referees and it’s not reflecting on the app.
