Do not download this app. ### 1/5 — Log in error *2025-12-12, version 1.2.2* App had to update. Can’t log in anymore. ### 1/5 — App still charges on failed orders *2025-12-10, version 1.2.2* I tried to order delivery and the app could not resolve the delivery name field but it still charged me. Every time I tried to make the order it charged me so I ended up with 7 charges and the order never went through. ### 1/5 — Broken *2025-11-12* YO! You broke this app. It worked fine before. Now in an endless loop of password resetting which refuses to work after. Meanwhile trying to save a password is a huge pain because instead of being saved as associated to “The Stand” or similar - you have to remember that the password saves to “nexustargeting” - makes total sense. I have a reward account with my phone number, but no matter what I try, my password is always marked as invalid. It doesn’t matter how many times I try to reset it. Fine, so I put in the phone number associated to my account but it keeps saying my password is invalid. I try resetting my password three times and each time I’m able to login to the website, but the app keeps saying the password is invalid. All I want is to login and scan my barcode, and now I can’t do that simple thing. FIX THIS ### 1/5 — Used to work, now can’t log in *2025-10-17* I’ve been using this app weekly until today, because suddenly the app refuses to accept my password. I’ve reset it four times now, and every time I try to sign in after I reset it, I’m told the password is not valid. Very frustrating. Fix this app! The “OK” button is obscured by the bottom bar so you can’t proceed. Nothing works. Won’t let me add a side. Keeps kicking me out, you name it. How is it possible for apps to be this bad at this point in time ? I have never felt a brand be less accessible and create such a complicated online experience to order food. Restrictions on being able to order through the app without an account is frustrating and a poor customer experience. Make it easy to do business with your brand. ### 1/5 — Just use a delivery service *2026-01-27* This is the most dysfunctional app I’ve ever used. It took me 20minutes to order because it keeps erasing anything that was input and in the end it charged my card and erased my order. I called the restaurant who couldn’t find a record of the order and would not help remedy the situation. I had to call my bank to dispute the charge and after all that I just reordered from Postmates which ended up being $5 cheaper. ### 1/5 — Bad app *2026-01-17, version 1.2.4* I thought the bad reviews were exaggerated, but this app is really bad. It won’t accept your password unless it’s very short. Fine. Then you go to order, select Curbside and Time to Pickup, then can't select OK to confirm it. You send coupons you can't scan the QR code to redeem. Every time I try to make a move I'm blocked by something. ### 2/5 — App not loading *2024-07-01, version 1.0.9* Every time I open the app it says network error it says unavailable. My daughter was trying to download it and wanted me to give her my referral code. I could not get in the app to send it to her. Or could I get in the app to claim my points. Super frustrating. ### 2/5 — Good for scanning in-store. Terrible otherwise *2024-03-16* Every time I try to put in an order it takes me like 10 minutes. I have saved my favorite store, and favorite order, and favorite credit card, yet it still takes forever and is not intuitive. It should be simple: Click order, click favorite restaurant, click favorite order, check out! But no… it takes you on a journey of many different screens, slow to load, and leads to frozen screens. Even if you are able to find your favorite order in the first place, good luck making any edits to it without starting all over. The developer needs to be fired or do some research like playing around with Starbucks’ app. Do some market surveys before publishing a terrible product and tarnishing the reputation of a decent restaurant with good food. Sorry, just frustrated each time I use the app. Others need to know. Please make it more intuitive and minimize the number of taps needed to replace an order. ### 2/5 — Terrible App *2024-02-22* Great restaurant but terrible app. Super slow, certain things you click on will take you to a frozen page, overall just terrible. I forgot the company that actually manages the app for them but they are scamming the stand for whatever money they get paid.
