I have tried resetting my password with every possible workaround you can think of and every time I get to the password recent screen, it doesn’t let you save and advance. I have called their customer support multiple times and every time I tell them what I did to try and reset my password and all they every say is, “I am going to send you a password reset email.” As if I hadn’t just told them I tried that a dozen times. Logins do not work; account registration loops without working. It makes me wonder if maybe Allstate is not a good choice to do business with since trash is free. ### 1/5 — Login Issues *2025-03-03, version 2.7.1* Even after dealing with their “tech support” I am still unable to login to the app or the website through a browser. Typical Allstate quality. ### 1/5 — Passcodes Not Recognized *2024-12-15, version 2.6.0* I’m convinced that Allstate purposely made this app absolutely ridiculous to use so people will not submit claims. I repeatedly tried to log into my account with my correct login details but every single time a passcode was issued the app would tell me the passcode was invalid.
