It will lock you out of account if Face ID isn’t confirmed in two gos. Then you’ll have to come in to their bank that has only local spots to unlock “for fraud purposes”. If you have to do actual business get a different bank plenty of other ones that aren’t like this. Plus countless glitches, the app was made by an 85 year old ww2 vet, coming out of retirement to lay out this app. ### 5/5 — Amazing! *2024-05-11* This app is so easy to navigate! ### 4/5 — Remote deposit *2022-10-28* I’d give it a 5 star rating except once I downloaded the latest update for my iPhone the camera on the remote deposit does not work. I’ve called to express my concerns and was told to turn off the automatic rotation feature on my phone and that would take care of the problem. When I informed them I had already tried that and it still didn’t work they didn’t have an answer and said they’d look into it. That’s been a few weeks and still no progress. ### 2/5 — Care to fix?
