I am an engineer, and we use data and applications all the time. I do not understand why this simple app is so hard to fix and figure out all the flaws. IT NEVER WORKS!! Someone was sold a dream when buying this ### 1/5 — Not even one star *2022-12-21, version 1.3.2* This app is horrible — not even one star worthy. For such an important tool — access to one’s home — it rarely works and is completely unreliable. And the solution from management? Please be sure to always carry your ONE key fob with you because you cannot trust the app. Ridiculous! And Of course when it happened the app was unable to download my room key and I wasn’t able to get into my apartment. And this was after concierge had already left. I tried re downloading the app and that did not work. Totally unreliable. ### 1/5 — Does Not Work for Guests *2022-09-02, version 1.3.1* I am constantly having to reset the app for guests, and sometimes the app doesn’t even work after registering a guest. Deleting & redownloading the app isn’t even a solve for this issue because it doesn’t work. Super frustrating. ### 1/5 — Inconsistent *2022-07-02, version 1.3.1* Doesn’t work like 90% of the time. Just use your key fob and don’t rely on the app as your main way to get in ### 2/5 — Constantly have to delete and redownload *2022-05-23, version 1.3.1* Constantly have to delete the app and then redownload because the app doesn’t always register the unlocks accurately.
