This has to be the most worthless app I’ve ever used in my life. I am an engineer, and we use data and applications all the time. I do not understand why this simple app is so hard to fix and figure out all the flaws. IT NEVER WORKS!! Someone was sold a dream when buying this

This app is horrible — not even one star worthy. For such an important tool — access to one’s home — it rarely works and is completely unreliable. And the solution from management? Please be sure to always carry your ONE key fob with you because you cannot trust the app. Ridiculous! And even more so for trying to juggle access by family, guests, and contractors.

I always thought that if/when the day comes when I forget my keys I’ll at least have my phone and the app to get back into my apartment. And Of course when it happened the app was unable to download my room key and I wasn’t able to get into my apartment. And this was after concierge had already left. I tried re downloading the app and that did not work. Totally unreliable.

I am constantly having to reset the app for guests, and sometimes the app doesn’t even work after registering a guest. Deleting & redownloading the app isn’t even a solve for this issue because it doesn’t work. Super frustrating.

Doesn’t work like 90% of the time. Just use your key fob and don’t rely on the app as your main way to get in

Constantly have to delete the app and then redownload because the app doesn’t always register the unlocks accurately. It’s especially annoying at the Sterling where cellular connection is spotty.
