I have my tickets so I thought this app would really enhance my visit.  However, I’ll be deleting it because it failed at the first hurdle - the app won’t recognise my email address.  The same email address I used to purchase my tickets.  It makes no sense.

I can’t get access to the lower half of the second page where you request the user to help to improve the service. This page does not scroll on my iPhone nor my iPad!  So frustrating

Being able to add my tickets to the app and see my own personal schedule is great.
