The puzzles are challenging but not too hard. I’ve read a few reviews of people who say the puzzles are way too hard and take hours or you have to pay to get through them, but I finished this game in probably about 50 min. The last puzzle is a pattern remembering game and it took me a few tries to realize that the pattern will still work even if you don’t start with the first one so it appears at one point like the puzzle is broken and there are no moves left, but in reality you just started with the wrong one. Without spoiling it, there is one puzzle where a code clearly states to start with a particular letter, but the correct answer is to start with another letter. Another puzzle where the correct answer requires a picture to held the wrong way up. I had a good time and it was very entertaining. I needed a hint a few times and I appreciated that it was on a timer instead of being behind an ad wall like other escape rooms usually do. The most difficult puzzle for me was the morse code one but overall each puzzle has its own clues and hints. Something that felt a little bit unfinished was the broken green square puzzle in the beginning, I felt like that somehow needed to be fixed. Also, the fish feeding- I kept an eye out for fish food even though it wasn’t necessary. All in all however, it was a great game and I appreciate the work put into it! :) ### 5/5 — WoW! *2023-03-17, version 1.0.4* Amazing story, art puzzles and sound effects didn’t get stuck and the small hints helped a lot, very good game, and I would recommend to others. But, I did encounter one bug, near the end with the radiation tubes thing that you can double tap to look at. When I pressed to take a look I think I pressed to fast and two radiation tubes popped up at the same time and one of them who stay on my screen even if was clicking on ther puzzles and going to other rooms. 🙏🏻❤️ ### 3/5 — Fun game but… *2023-03-16, version 1.0.4* I had a lot of fun and enjoyed the twist, but some of the puzzles require brute force which is a little annoying. And I’m not paying premium to solve it. ### 5/5 — Worthy! *2023-03-09, version 1.0.4* Agree with some that say a few items are hard to locate and the click radius is small, but outside of that, this game is fantastic. I managed through a few days without hints (the Morse code was the hardest puzzle, I thought) and was happy I did. The puzzles all make sense, many were layered. Some required a bit of a time investment getting through, but isn’t that the point? Anyway, I have played every game like this from the App Store (Cube Escapes, Glitch Games, Isoland…) and it’s definitely up there in the top 30. It actually reminded me of another great one, Get aCC_e55 which has a very similar game design and environment. Looking forward to more! ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — do yourself a favor and skip this one *2025-03-28, version 1.0.4* some of the puzzles are frustratingly hard and not in a “fun and challenging” kind of way. in a “jfc how long is this going to take through trial and error???” kind of way. but it was the very end that was the worst. spoiler alert kind of i guess, but when i finished the game there were no credits or anything to indicate that the game was over, it just reset me back to the very beginning. i thought for sure it was part of the game so i played through the whole thing again expecting something somewhere to be different or that i needed to complete the puzzles in a different order or something, but no. i played all the way through again, and again it reset me at the very beginning. i finally looked up a walkthrough to see what i was missing, and found out that was just the ending. so annoying. i’m upset that i paid the $1.99—in hindsight, not worth it at all. smh. ### 1/5 — Pyramid puzzle is torture *2024-05-14, version 1.0.4* A lot of the puzzles are insanely tedious and are just annoying. Way too many pyramid layers. Probably not worth the time Edit: was completely right, last puzzle is impossible, I’ve tried all the buttons and none of them work. For more info if the dev wants to fix the bug, I am able to press 7 buttons until it is impossible. Edit 2: I’ve been able to progress further, but the last button just resets the puzzle, there’s no human error, just a dumb glitch. ### 1/5 — Don’t waste your time or money *2024-01-03, version 1.0.4* I’m so disappointed. The game only took me less than 30min to play… Way too easy. And also the first puzzle of sliding was too hard so I paid the £2 thinking the game would be long and worth it. Well it wasn’t at all, what a waste of two pounds. ### 1/5 — Impossible puzzle *2023-03-22, version 1.0.4* It was fine. The puzzles were okay - a little frustrating at times, but doable. Some of the puzzle games were pretty tough and it was a bit frustrating that you needed to complete/win to proceed, but nothing that bad. Then, near the end of the game (and I know because I looked at a walk through to make sure I was doing it right) I reached one of the last puzzles. It was a puzzle to lead to the last door and the puzzle was a literal “guess the button sequence.” So, okay, I start that, but after getting four buttons in, the sequence ends. I tried literally every possible button after those first four and none of them worked. I even recorded the screen and reviewed to make sure there was no way and I was right - I have no way to proceed. I know this puzzle is random per user, I know I was close to the end, but it’s horribly aggravating to think that I was close to the end and yet I can’t beat it due to no fault of my own. ### 1/5 — Frustrating Ending *2023-02-03, version 1.0.4* Some good puzzles but let down by others, especially at the end. The shinobi tower and the door sliding puzzle are just one of those things that take an age and aren’t that fun. But the last two puzzles of the 4 colour square and the grid of buttons, that’s not a puzzle. There’s no thought or logic besides repeatedly having to brute force attempt and remember the past failures to eventually make a long Simon says memory result ### 1/5 — Pay to play *2023-02-02, version 1.0.4* Started out fun, but immediately some puzzles cannot be finished unless you spend hours upon hours getting frustrated and annoyed, or if you pay for free hints/answers. Paying for the answer to the puzzle takes the fun out of it and having puzzles that are basically impossible right away without spending money is insane. I’ve spent an entire day on the 3rd room just to end up deleting the app because I’m not spending money on answers and I’m not gonna sit on the same puzzle for days. Was hoping for something fun out of this game as I enjoy many puzzle games but this one has too many issues, small details the average eye cannot see, and it starts out way too difficult. Not everyone is an amazing puzzle solver and it’s quite off putting when you barely start the storyline and can’t even finish it. Gave up!! I just wanted to clarify: this is a good game, cool storyline, and the puzzles can be difficult for some but definitely doable. Hint: the buttons light up when they are in the correct sequence but that doesn’t mean you began where you should have. If the sequence goes away after you push some of the buttons, that just means you guessed a string of buttons in the middle or at the end of the sequence but not where it should have started. Keep trying! You can do it!
