Total waist of time,call centre can’t help they blame the s/echo app but don’t or won’t fix the problem.Keep being told to subscribe when l already have. Don’t deserve any stars ,avoid there app!

Paid my £3.99 subscription then tried to log on with password unable to do this please help me other wise cancel my payment plan, all I want to do is use the site that I have enjoyed for years

Was enjoying keeping up to date with local news when suddenly asked to pay £3.99 for a monthly subscription - now deleted and will stick with other newspapers that don't charge !

Subscribe to this to read the Echo as a digital newspaper, much superior to reading the Sunderland Echo website which is chronically slow on a tablet , even on high speed fibre internet

I can’t get it on my iPad asking for numbers I do not have . Had it on before a while ago but it’s disappeared in my account so can’t renew it through Apple
