The Sunroom is a space for healing and growth. They offer treatment for mind, body, and soul. If the heart, mind, and body connection were manifested into physical form, it would look like The Sunroom. The instructors are generously kind, compassionate, and grounded. The staff is warm and inviting. The atmosphere is a sunny day on a tropical island where oxygen is the intoxicant. The Sunroom is a safehaven of inclusivity and solace. Try it. You’ll like it.

### 5/5 — Great hot yoga studio in Chicago

This new hot yoga studio is small but mighty. Just 13 mats. Infrared heat. Good selection of classes at different temperatures. They include mats, blocks, and towel service. No showers or changing rooms. Very friendly staff.
