## What is The Surfer's Log?

The Surfer's Log is simple: you log a session, we remember the conditions, and we tell you when they come back around to that spot. That's it.

Here's why it works: The Surfer's Log learns what YOU enjoy — not what the forecast says is good, not what everyone else is surfing. A session you rate "Good" today can become the alert that gets you back in the water months from now.

Remember that day you were on the couch, convinced the surf was terrible, so you didn't even check — and it turned out there were good waves somewhere? No more days like that. We'll tell you when it's worth paying attention.

Here's what's new:

- Who surfed with you? You can now tag circle friends in your sessions!
- Select which board from your quiver you used in that session. We will remind you later as well.
- Some sessions are just OK so now you have more ways to rate your session: Bad, OK, Good and Epic
- A new recommendation engine in Where To. One of our most used features now gets better results. You can still use the old engine. Test it out in Where To. (we're still improving spot data and adding new spots every week)
- 1 Picture is not enough? You can now add up to 5 pictures to your session!
