The Talks is really great and even, I would say, unique. The interviews with smart, charismatic personalities. Intelligent and substantial conversations. Use it on my phone for years. Now finally got it on iPad. UI could be more exciting and interactive otherwise it works as it should. Loads quickly and easy to navigate. The interviews load quickly, unlike other people's comments. The content is good and the people they choose to interview are excellent. The audio clips are a nice touch. I wish there were more of them. And more photography that we've never seen from the interviews if they are done in person. Kind of like how Playboy used to run their interviews. Good app all around! Download it! ### 1/5 — What's the point of an app that won't load? *2016-04-14* Have repeatedly tried to use the app only for it to open asking me to wait for the interviews to load, then after a moment saying it can't and to try again. I've tried again. And again. On different days. The app doesn't do a thing. ### 1/5 — Doesn't work!!! *2015-08-16* The app was great back when it worked, but now it crashes on my iPhone 6 (iOS 8.4.1) every time I open the interview directory. So it's just a really slow-loading ad for their sponsor Rolex. Thanks guys. ### 2/5 — Mystery of the speaker icon... *2015-07-24* I just downloaded this app yesterday, and while exploring it decided to click on the little speaker icon below the photo at the top of each talk. A little loading bar moves from left to right across the screen below the icon, but no matter what I have my volume set on I don't hear anything.
