Love jumping on during the week since I can’t get to studio and taking these classes with Teddi B!! Hard, fun and always great music!!  Teddi B will push you to get stronger, leaner while your having such fun!! Totally recommend trying online if you can’t get to the new studio. Worth It!!

Since Covid started, I have tried a variety of apps and platforms.  HM is the only one I can remain consistent with, and achieve the results I want.   Period.
