Your Say has migrated solely to the app now, Who ever heard of reading a broadsheet newspaper on a phone? If you’re desperate maybe but otherwise it’s whole better experience on my Studio display. The app sort of works on Mac OS Sequoia as long as you want to read the Sydney version ?!?! I have a VPN router which firmly places me in the UK, so it’s not that. Of course the DT is not keen on reducing my subscription to account for the lack of access to some features on my Mac, but with the imminent takeover of the DT by foreign interests perhaps it’s time to go elsewhere for News ### 1/5 — Failed for 6 days to Deliver Paper *2021-04-20* Was a customer for 7 years until they continually failed to deliver the daily edition in April 2021. After 6 days, I cancelled the subscription, requested a refund through Apple (which was given) and subscribed to the News LTD app for half the price. Apparently an issue between supplier and the app provider. But not an email or pop up to tell us anything. Why am I paying for this? How about a pause or extension on this months subscription? My last monthly subscription was paid 2nd April but for some unknown reason paper delivery ceased 15th April. I have deleted and reinstalled the app without success. I have made contact with both Apple Itunesstore support and the developer of the App multiple times. Both blame each other and no one accepts responsibility to resolve my issue. I’m done. On the the 15th of April it stopped allowing issue downloads and despite numerous attempts to fix it( upgrades, reinstalling app etc) it just does not work. For six days I tried apple support and the telegraph support help lines and both keep passing the buck to the other and are unwilling to help. I have been left with no choice but to cancel my subscription and will now change to a new paper.
