Please make these appear only when we need it. I use to really have almost perfect user view of the e-edition but the header and footer with next page and print icons take too much screen real estate. Is there a way to view in a pdf version? ### 2/5 — Repeated continual login - pretty buggy *2020-09-10* I have to re-login almost every time I try to access the app, so once I reach the 5 article limit, I generally give up rather than spending time trying to remember my login or waiting for it to access another platform to retrieve my info. I have a digital subscription. I’m not sure why the app can’t save my login details from session to session. If there is time out of some sort, that seems odd and it’s not common practice on any other app I have. This sorry excuse for a newspaper charges them 60 dollars a month for a product they never get . My next step is to call the State Attorney and to leave this review EVERYWHERE. **Developer response:** We apologize for your Mother's delivery issues. Thank you. ### 1/5 — Many Issues *2021-08-26* You just updated the app to fix issues however issues remain. Updated the app as directed by the message when I clicked on it and it went straight to the McClatchy Group apps-all of them instead of updating the app. I tried deleting then adding back and still the same issue. I tried clicking on the app again and it told me to update the app again. Can’t get past this message to update. **Developer response:** Please delete and reinstall the app version 9.1.3 this should correct the issue. ### 1/5 — Awful website & awful paper! *2021-06-22* I am attempting to change my payment information & I have had to sign in multiple times because after I click on change payment info, it takes me to a blank page. If I click a link for a story, it sometimes takes as long as 2 minutes to open. Please fix it. Update: I was contacted by the developer who advised me to clear the apps cache.
