No longer anyway to check ticket/case history or to check status of current ticket. What the hell is this update? Makes the app completely pointless

Very easy and simple! Got a ticket on jan 17th 2025. Heard about this law firm from a family member, submitted the ticket to them on feb 7th 2025, had a court date set for april 24th. Everything was smooth and didn’t have to do nothing at all. They did everything for me. I didn’t even had to show up neither go to traffic school. So I am clean. Thanks to the ticket clinic law firm!

Had a 87/70 super speeder in Conyers Ga got it down to 84/70 no points no school everything they promised. Very thankful.
Made my charge worse
I got a speeding ticket and I was looking at paying $365 for the original ticket. After hiring ticket clinic I now have to pay $415 and go to traffic school. And to make worse they sent me the result of my ticket so late, they represent me on the 18th Feb. and I didn’t get my result back till the 11th of March and I have to pay my ticket before the 19th of March which gives me about a week to pay my ticket and find the time to go to traffic school. I would not recommended ticket clinic at all, save yourself the money
