I had to put $30 in there account. Now I got a statement saying I only have $9 left and they’re going to shut down my account in 5 days and charge me $20. I didn’t check my mail for a few days and it’s overdue. I can’t login to my account because they won’t put my account number on the invoice. So what happens to the money I had $9. It used to be $30 it probably got eaten up by fees. And their website is so awful. It’s like they want you to fail so that they can keep charging you. I have tried so many times to reset my password and it never works. Wait a 24 hour. Period. See if that helped, nope, doesn’t help at all. I keep getting letters in the mail to the wrong address, good thing it’s a family member that can bring it to me, even though I have changed it to the current address many times. It needs to be fixed!!! How horrible to keep charging when I have tried many times to pay on the app or online!!! Tried changing my password multiple times and would receive confirmation it was changed successfully. Only to find that the same error message would happen trying to log in with the new password via app and website. No one answers the phone, no way to email. The website hardly ever works either. I couldn’t sign up to make an account, I just kept getting error codes. Ridiculous. Can our tax dollars just hire some better IT people?
